Virtual Design

This service includes Space Plan

A 2D floor plan of your room’s layout.

  • Furniture & decor sourcing
  • One 3D visual

We use Sketch up and/or Adobe photoshop for our room makeover visuals to transform your space with the actual items we source/ suggest for your space.

  • 45 min. Design meeting

After your designer completes your space, they will meet with you one on one to present your design packet.

  • Revisions

You will have the opportunity to request design changes during your design meeting. Revisions will be sent via email.

  • Complimentary Design Coordinator

If you choose for us to source from trade vendors, this service includes a design coordinator to complete any orders you wish to place of the furniture and decor on your sourcing list.

Please note: For individual room designs, open concept spaces are considered separate rooms based on use.

After we receive pictures of your space, there is currently an estimated 8 – 12 week turn-around for your completed design.

Space Planning

This service includes Space Plan

A 2D floor plan of your room’s layout.

Finalized space plans will be shared via email with corresponding narrative. Kitchen and bathroom plans will include elevations where needed.

Along with pictures of your space, we will require an existing floor plan with clear dimensions noted. This can be a digital drawing, current home plans, or hand sketched.

Communication will take place after booking via email to discuss your layout needs.

After we receive client information, there is currently an estimated 4 – 8 week turn-around for your completed space plan.

Full-Service Interior Design

  • Option of permit plans as needed based on jurisdictional requirements
